I signed up for the Centerville Fall Fest by the Heart of Centerville Washington Twp. (HOCWT) & the city of Centerville on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026, at Stubbs Park 255 W Spring Valley Pike., Centerville, OH. This is a 1-day event from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Our event includes merchants, boutiques, handmade goods, local businesses, food trucks, and alcohol sales courtesy of the Heart of Centerville, in addition to entertainment.

I have sign up again this year for the 23rd Annual Community Chocolate Festival.
Date Saturday, October 17, 2026
Time: 10:00 am to 6pm
Location: Green County Expo Center, Green County Fairgrounds. 120 Fairgrounds Rd. Xenia, OH 45385.
It’s busy one-day festival-indoors so it’s rain or shine.
There are hundreds of vendors selling chocolate candies, pastries, dates, coffee, and everything chocolate.
As always-entertainment all day, live radio broadcasts, along with lots of games, prizes, a bounce house, and fun for the kids. Free entrance to the event.

Ready to create bakery-quality gluten-free sourdough at home? Join this intimate workshop and learn to develop, maintain, and bake with your own sourdough starter — no matter your reason for going gluten-free.

• How to develop and maintain a healthy gluten-free sourdough culture (levain)
• The science behind every ingredient and its role in artisan bread success
• Hands-on techniques: mixing, shaping, scoring, and baking for beautiful oven spring and crust. Learn to make buckwheat gluten free sourdough bread and culture.
• Bread breaking and tasting session
• Personalized Q&A with expert guidance throughout
Class Format: Demo + interactive hands-on practice (3 hours)
Group Size: Limited to 5 participants — for focused, authentic learning and individual attention. In this class, you will be standing, seating, and actively working to produce the sourdough bread.

Trained pastry chef and baker, owner of Gluten Free Artisan Bread Bakery 4U, LLC. As a Nutrition Dietetic Technician Registered (NDTR) and health coach, Jeannette specializes in gluten-free, egg-free, and vegan-friendly artisan breads. With years of recipe development and troubleshooting experience, she loves helping students achieve consistent, delicious results.

• What to Bring: Comfortable clothes, close-toe shoes, apron, notebook/pen (all ingredients, tools, and materials provided).
