I am Jeannette Werle, and I created the gluten free artisan bread bakery because it was hard to find delicious and nutritious artisan breads for my family. As a baker, I could not let this go. I trained professionally inside and outside the US as a pastry chef and baker. The bakery is 100% gluten free and Celiac safe. We will customize your bread orders to meet your needs. In average, each bread takes 2.5 hours to prepare and bake.
My credentials are: NDTR, ICHC, AAS, Pastry Chef/Baker. Checkout my portfolio.
