Trained pastry chef and baker, owner of Gluten Free Artisan Bread Bakery 4U, LLC. As a Nutrition Dietetic Technician Registered (NDTR) and health coach, Jeannette specializes in gluten-free, egg-free, and vegan-friendly artisan breads. With years of recipe development and troubleshooting experience, she loves helping students achieve consistent, delicious results.

•  Price: $125 per person

  What to Bring: Comfortable clothes, close-toe shoes, notebook/pen (all ingredients, tools, and materials provided).
