How to make chocolate croissants in a fraction of time. Simple, easy, and delicious.

Ingredients:

16 Chocolate sticks for croissants or 60% dark chocolate chips.

1 Box of GF puff pastry (Whole Foods carries this brand Dufour Puff Pastry Gluten Free).

For instructions watch the video, to bake allow the shaped croissants to rest at room temperature for 10 minutes covered.

Preheat the oven to 430 °F.

Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 425 °F until golden brown and crispy.

Let the croissants cool on the tray. Later, you can sprinkle powder sugar to finish the look or glaze before baking with egg wash. Alternatively, you can make a simple syrup with sugar, water, and gum Arabic. This glaze must be brushed on the baked croissants as soon as they are out of the oven.
