Southern Biscuits (GF, EF)

Do you miss the comfort of homemade biscuits because you are gluten free now? Well, these biscuits were made by the hundreds every month in the bakery. Soft, pillowy, and made with butter for a lovely mouth feel and taste. You can bake these goodies right now in your kitchen. I will tell you that you can prepare these biscuits the day before and bake them the following morning. One last secret, is that I have learned to turned these biscuits into mock cinnamon rolls. It’s that simple, easy, and fun to eat.

Mock Cinnamon Biscuits (use the recipe provided above but use a cinnamon roll filling to roll the biscuits in it, and/or fill them in the middle of each biscuit before baking too.
